A Doorway Into Freedom
As humans, sin is a natural part of who we are. No matter how hard we try by ourselves to escape this part of us, we cannot do it. It is like being placed into a room with no windows or doors. We are trapped with no means of escape. God sending his son as a sacrifice, so by doing this, taking on the burden of our sins, gives us a means to escape. It is like a doorway appearing into the room. A doorway which beyond shows the freedom that we can have with God, because of his sons sacrifice. How can we not accept a gift freely given to us, a gift we do not deserve in the least. If we accept this gift, it gives us the ability to leave the room in which were once trapped, to enter through the doorway and into the freedom that is beyond.
